While others were celebrating Mardi Gras, our 7th graders had the opportunity to experience our government first hand in Washington DC with Close Up Educational Programs. Highlights of the trip include Ford's Theatre, Arlington Cemetery, a private Capital tour by Steve Scalise's office, exploring the monuments at night, Gettysburg, and even SNOW! It was an experience they will never forget
On Friday, our very own Krewe of Rainbow paraded around campus and let the good times roll! We wish everyone a safe and happy Mardi Gras from our St. Benilde School community!
Our 1st and 3rd grade St. Benilde Students had a sweet time making #valentines with their buddies today. We hope everyone had a lovely Valentine's Day!
Our 6th and 7th graders were joined by volunteers from Archbishop Rummel High School and Archbishop Chapelle High School for their Middle School Retreat Day. The Retreat, which focused around the theme "All Things New" included talks and testimonies, small group discussions, Adoration and games.
Happy Parent Appreciation Day to our wonderful St. Benilde Parents. Thank you for supporting and believing in the mission of St. Benilde School and Catholic Education!
We want to give a big THANK YOU to all of our families and friends who joined us for such a special day yesterday. We also want to give a shout out to SBS Home and School Association and to all those who worked behind the scenes to put on a fabulous event.
